Finally, You are going on vacation and you need to know how to come back to a crystal clear pool with NO troubles!
                                                  Well, here you go!

STEP ONE:  DOUBLE shock your pool!

    Run your filter for 12 hours!

STEP TWO:  DOUBLE Algaecide your pool!

    Run your filter another 12 hours!

STEP THREE:  CHLORINE

    Fill the chlorinator up with Chlorine tabs, pucks or sticks or fill the skimmer basket up with double the amount of sticks.  Or find a nice neighbor who will fill the skimmer for you while you are gone, in exchange for free swimming!!!

STEP FOUR:  FILTRATION

    Set your timer to run the usual 12 hours a day. If you don't have a timer, be really nice to the neighbors and ask them to come over and turn the pool on during the day and turn it off at night or vise versa!
